release notes

I just saw that there is a minor update for the LP360 software. However I cannot see any release notes. I know that sometimes the release notes are listed in the help files, but this is only after updating that the user can see that. It would be an improvement if the user can directly see these release notes so that he can decide if he wants to update immedeatly or not. In many companies, user's don't have administrator rights to update the software by themself, and than question can arise if it is really necessary to update, especially if there are several computer where the software have to be updated by removing and reinstalling the LP360 software.
So would it be possible by every update to publish the release notes on the website, or with a link on the update page?
